EvidenceBundle helps you define criteria, record observations and supporting items, make a manual review decision and export the record. It does not perform an independent audit or generate an automatic assessment.
Your review and your content
You choose the criteria, inspect the result and take responsibility for the statements you enter. Add only content you are entitled to use. Review exported files before sharing them, especially when they contain personal or confidential information.
Meaning of a recorded decision
A status or acceptance decision records the reviewer’s declaration. It is not a verified identity, digital signature, trusted timestamp, legal certification or guarantee of correctness. The workspace does not control agents or reverse their actions.
Storage and exports
The review stays in page memory unless you choose local saving or export. Browser storage can be cleared or become unavailable. Keep your own exported copy. There is no cloud backup, account recovery or synchronized team workspace.
Price and pilots
The current workspace is free, with no checkout or subscription. Contacting us about a pilot creates no payment obligation and no commitment to deliver a future feature. Any future paid service requires separate terms and a defined scope.
Availability and changes
Functions may change as the tool develops. Keep a copy of reviews that matter to you and check their contents after import. The tool should support your own review process; decisions about deployment, publication or business use remain yours.
Earlier resources
Historical studies, examples and PDFs concern a previous consultancy proposal. They are not a current service catalogue. A previously signed agreement, if any, is not amended by this page.
