Start with a concrete delivery
- Describe the target
Name the project, the version and the intended use. Be specific about what is included and excluded.
- Write observable criteria
“The contact button opens the right address” is easier to review than “the page works well”.
- Record what you checked
Inspect the deliverable yourself. Add a note, a link or a screenshot to explain each assessment.
- Make a human decision
Keep unresolved items visible. Record whether you accept the delivery, request changes or leave the review open.
Keep the origins visible
A screenshot is an image you added. A note is a statement you wrote. A link points to a resource that may change. The workspace does not authenticate these items or automatically test the linked resource.
Use meaningful review statuses
- Unverified: the review has not established an answer.
- Meets expectation: the reviewer considers the stated requirement met, within the recorded scope.
- Needs changes: the reviewer has identified a gap to address.
A recorded decision is a human declaration. It is not a security audit, legal certification or proof that an AI system is safe.
Review changes before deciding again
The correction brief is assembled from your criteria and observations. Copy it into your preferred assistant. When you change the reviewed content in the workspace, the previous decision must be reviewed again.
Take the record with you
Export JSON to keep a reusable copy and an HTML report to read or print. You choose where to store or send them. Optional browser saving is local; it is not a cloud backup or a shared team account.
