What stays in your browser

Project details, review criteria, observations and screenshots are processed in the open page. They are not automatically sent to EvidenceBundle or an AI model. Adding a URL records a link; the workspace does not fetch the linked page to inspect it.

Memory, saving and removal

By default, the dossier stays in page memory. If you enable local saving, it is stored in this browser on this device. Use the workspace’s local-data controls or clear this site’s browser data to remove it. Exported files and copies you have sent are separate and must be managed where you stored them.

Site preferences

The site uses local storage for your chosen theme and language. Historical questionnaire answers may also remain from an earlier visit. Clearing this site’s browser data removes those preferences. The current site does not include an analytics or advertising tracker.

Hosting and external links

Hostinger serves the website and may process technical connection data needed to deliver and protect it. Its own handling is described in the Hostinger privacy policy. Opening an external link takes you to that service, whose rules then apply.

Email and pilot enquiries

Contact links open your own email application. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it. The information you send is used to respond to your enquiry; a pilot enquiry is not a newsletter signup. Avoid sending credentials, confidential client files or unnecessary personal data.

Questions and rights

Write to hello@evidencebundle.tech about personal information you have sent us, including access, correction or deletion requests. The CNIL explains personal-data rights. A request to us cannot remove files held only on your device or copies you shared elsewhere.
